I very much enjoy the production process. I enjoy working with the various players that are involved in the creation of a product, including marketing, writers, editors, and designers. I have a unique ability to work with all of the different personality types and skill sets involved in the process. I always create an environment with open communication and an atmosphere of collaboration on all of my project teams.
