QUALIFICATIONS:   I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New Hampshire and the Philippines. I have over 15 years of experience in the field and I currently work with small businesses in the US, Canada and Australia.

TEAM: I have a small team of experienced accounting professionals assisting me in my work and among them are US CMAs, Philippine CPAs and UK CATs. The team grew out of the growth and expansion of my clients.

FACILITIES: We have the necessary facilities to let the virtual accounting arrangement work effectively and efficiently: 

  • a professional, well-equipped and very secure workplace; for your security, we don't work in a shared or public space
  •  fully functional work stations with licensed operating systems, dual-monitors and noise-cancelling USB headsets
  • a reliable 50-mbps fiber-optic internet subscription as primary connection
  • a backup 50-mbps fiber-optic connection under a separate ISP- a secondary backup 30-mbps cable connection
  • Skype-out subscription for unlimited calls to the US and Canada
  • Licensed Quickbooks Pro desktop which we offer to clients free of charge: 2018 US version and 2019 Canadian version with Payroll features


SCHEDULE: Our typical working hours are from 9am to 6pm and 8pm to 7am EST. If necessary, we can arrange for a different schedule that would fit your requirements.
