I have a great library of sfx, music, stock footage, and graphic templates. I think this will work. We record a vo or use yours and choose the music and sound effects. I build full quality stills of each scene and show you the elements. Then I animate each of the scenes and deliver. I then grad the shots, and finalize the compression on the audio to deliver the format you need MP4, AVI, etc. I take you glowing recommendation
