I am a result driven individual, details oriented who believes in working schedules and compromise. A brief review of my work experience reveals that I have worked in different areas of communications, in cultural, social, entrepreneurial and international projects, which are my deepest passion. While working with non-profit or business organizations I developed experiences in administrative and management level, especially when I was CEO of “A World without Censorship” (Un Mundo Sin Mordaza). I had to fulfill tasks such like lead the team, partnerships management, agendas management, local and global campaigns management, budget definition and management, fundraising projects, grants writing, media relations, public relations and relations with multi-cultural environments’ key partners. I have always worked in a fast-paced environment, and thanks to my association with organizations in my country Venezuela, in Latin American and in the US I could strengthen my creativity, my team working abilities, my self-initiative and decision-making to come on with solutions and effective ideas and solutions at the right moment, consistently meeting or exceeding the goals. Each experience in my life has allowed me to enrich my personal and professional development while gaining a tremendous deal of experience from the colleagues. In addition to my work experience, I had the opportunity to participate in the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (GCL) 2016 at Georgetown University, which marked a milestone in my professional career and personal life, has helped strengthen my knowledge of issues in international development, communications, and leadership. I have also honed my team building and networking skills, plus it increased my network in Latin America and some parts of Europe. I look forward to working with reliable and great people from whom I can learn.
