domains.  Creates videos and other training materials for e-learning.  Sound knowledge of technical writing activities like writing, editing, reviewing, publishing, and

managing documentation activities.  Proficiency in English language and knowledge of various industry standard style guides like MSTP

and STE.  Sound Knowledge of DDLC and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile methodologies).  Single Point Contact for all the documentation related activity.  Performs UI review which includes suggesting label names, label size, label font style, color, layout, alignment, page names, messages (success, notification, information, and error messages), and so

on to improve the User experience of the product.  Experience in DITA based XML writing.  Creates Context Sensitive Help.  Experience on building questionaries for Artificial Intelligence driven chatbot.  Agile methodology practitioner.  Did capacity planning and work allocation for the documentation team.  Mentor for the newly joined resources.
