With working experience in the film and television industry and social media, I am a passionate writer and director confident in realizing the most fascinating ideas. 

I’ve been working as a freelancer on creative writing, film directing, and translation apart from my main job as an academic researcher. For translation, I am proficient in Mandarin-English translation. Some of my works have been published in social media (commercial) and scholarly journals (academic). For writing and directing, I am experienced in social media article writing, transcript writing, and filmmaking in Chinese and English. I write film reviews for an art self-media and transcripts for television programs and sometimes work as a producer for films and TV programs. Representative works will be gladly shared in further discussion.

My research is about media and global popular culture, which also helps me understand the cultural market, form creative ideas, and improve content production skills. 

My schedule is flexible enough for a part-time job, while my proficiency and reliable personality guarantee the quality and efficiency of my work.
