Good Day! 

I am Joanna Camille Y. Mabilog, from the Philippines. I am an educator by profession and has skilled experience in Customer Service in which I was a part for a year and this time would like to be a part of your company. 

I have experiences on Health Care and Communications Account on my previous customer service job and it was really worth it. I have upskilled my services and am very willing to expound it through your company. In these previous projects, I was trained to answer calls and queries regarding technicalities of the product and was a top agent for months. 

As an BS Education Graduate and a Language Educator for nearly 10 years, I have experiences in Creative, Content and Technical Writing as I teach them in a classroom and online set up. I enjoy writing and copywriting contents as it is a part of my vocation beyond the said years.
