My fortes include health expertise, nutrition experience, recipe creation, cooking specialties, artistic endeavors, spicy twists to wellness, gluten free blueberry bread pudding, blender shrimp artichoke yam soup, my own Nacatamale recipe, the spice of life, and all that comes with it, and the renewable energy sources, plus oxygen! I recycle everything, and rethink reusing. I have been Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Omnivorous, Lacto-ovo-vegetarian. I started my own business about eco-friendliness and promoting signing online campaigns with the motto; "Don't you wish every place was a Paradise?" I have grown food, had three 3 gardens in my life, and believe in nurturing sustainability. I lost 60 pounds with portion control and agreeing to a minimalist approach to medication.
