A little bit about me.... After graduating from the University of Northampton back in 2016, I have jumped into immediate jobs roles being both in and out of my chosen career path. My most resent to date is being a Creative retoucher at Hogarth Worldwide working for clients such as Liz Earle, Botanics, Sleek and many more. All of my past job roles have taught me a lot and all have been enjoyable in different ways but working at my past two companies (retouch, ecommerce and creative) has given me the opportunity to work in my dream profession as well as give me the speed and most important the quality that is needed. When I first started as a retoucher I was fortunate enough to work with two amazing retouch companies based in London, who taught me ‘high end’ retouching. They both showed me the hardest way to learn, in my opinion, which was to pixel paint. This gave me the site for attention to detail although this technique was time consuming I believe all of my experience have helped me get to where I am today. Additionally these companies, as well as the few jobs I have had outside being a retoucher/photographer, have helped me with communication skills to know how to talk within my team, to other departments and most importantly the clients. To understand the diversity of each client and learning to recognise what their needs are and how to produce them as well as building a relationship so that you can aid in building the brands vision together. I am very determined to achieve my goals and progress more in my dream career I hope that by contacting you about a potential role we can have further communication and/or may be kept in mind for future opportunities.
