I’ve worked in a software company before as a website developer, spending my months creating websites, trying to deliver great customer service, it is also about communication with people, trying to understand their needs and wishes, and finding the right words to motivate them to take the desired action. I honestly believe that my previous job in a software company has prepared me for this position, and feel confident that I will handle the job, and achieve good results.
