My name is Clarissa and I’ve been a customer service manager for 4 years now. As a manager, my goal is to help the members of the team to complete tasks in a manner that is efficient, consistent, and aligns with the company’s overarching strategic goals. To accomplish this, I must clearly articulate what those strategic goals are—while also detailing the specific work and processes that will be required of the team to reach them. And on this line of business, I would like to showcase my talent and interest in freelancing, to be a Virtual Assistance or Copy paste writer.
