I have have over 15 years of direct customer service experience, 10 of those years involved telephone sales and customer service (complaint resolution). I have also worked as a trainer and coach in a call center environment along with being an agent. For larger projects that may take a larger staff I have a good number of highly trained and experienced telemarketing and sales people at my disposal. Between myself and additional workers we have had experience in areas such as hotel reservations, time shares, cellular phone providers, credit card issuers, loyality programs and many others. Along with the many years of customer service I have had a number of jobs where general accounting and office work was required. I am familiar with many programs such as microsoft excel, Word, powerpoint and simply accounting to name only a few.
