I create content to support, entertain and transform women's and children's lives. I am passionate about stories and their power to catalyze change. Having studied drama, I worked as an actress, writer, occasional director, and stand-up comedian. I have published several kids' materials and have written for animation. I'm also an internationally accredited yoga teacher, with my own business for 11 years, and a life coach, coaching for three. I am curious about and coach on creativity and spiritual practice. My work is in liminal spaces. I am interested in the spaces between things. I use creativity and radical self-care, myth, story, archetypal shadow work, and symbolic sight as tools in my practice. I live to encourage women back into their wildness and keep children in their curiosity.
