My first choice profession was as a sailor. I have a degree in Maritime Business and am an adept sailor with experience sailing around the Midwest, Atlantic, Mediterranean and UK waters. I write for a number of sailing magazines Satateside. I have an MA in broadcast journalism. My principle interest is in social affairs in the UK. I write for a Sunday tabloid newspaper, and several health journals in the UK. Lately my passion for the cutting edge of health science has taken me into therapeutic psychedelics. I am an expert in the therapeutic benefits of marijuana, LSD, magic mushrooms and MDMA - I have published in key journals on this subject. Who knows where such things will lead - finishing the Paralympics as correspondent for Sailing World, I had a large commision for a psychotherapy journal Therapy Today on psychedelic psychotherapies. Such flexibility suggests I am well able to write for other markets.
