You should never toss a rock in the direction of someone else unless you intend to hurt them. How do I know? My little brother would tell you my toss was intentional. He would only be partially correct. It was simply a matter of barriers that caused the rock to hit him in the head. He was the barrier. In the mind of a 7-year-old, rocks must be washed off before their value can be determined.
