I hold a B.A. in Cinema Production from the University of Southern California and a M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. I have had twenty-one short stories published in the U.K. and U.S. as well as two novels and had original two and three-act plays staged in the Southwest U.S., Hollywood and New York City (Manhattan). I was a playwright-in-residence at Dramatic Risks Theatre in New York City, written up in the New York Daily News as an up and coming playwright as well as a recipient of both short film and playwriting awards. I was a nominee for the Pushcart Prize for Fiction for three short stories published by Nexus Magazine, Chicago.
