· Development of print and online case studies, white papers, user manuals, sales proposals, editorial articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences in the Retail, Human Resources, IT, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Transportation, Sales, and Telecommunications sectors. · Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to collect information for deliverables. · Ability to integrate vast amounts of research and information into succinct text. · Ability to translate highly technical or specialized information for a non-technical audience. · Ability to work under tight deadlines and work simultaneously on multiple projects. · Solid research skills and computer literacy.
