My experience with Kiley Puglisi is something that I really do not know how express here. She was honest and very transparent in answering all my initial questions assuring me that she would exceed my expectations if I bet on her. Her tone of voice made me to believe that there might be seed of greatness in her. Reluctantly I awarded her the job, and sure enough my expectations were highly exceeded.
