Familiar with industrial design software- Pro-Engineer and Moldflow analysis.

With solid experience in tooling fabrication and product development.

Familiar with leading the team and manufacturers based on manufacturing standpoint from NPI through MP to achieve success.

To lead processes development, including seat foaming/ plating/ coating/ knurling…etc

Familiar with mechanical design and manufacturing processes for consumer electronics and fitness products

Familiar with production yield improvement and production cost reduction.

Familiar with capacity optimization and improvement.

Good communication skill, can work with cross-functional team well.

Good trouble shooting skill, can solve design or manufacturing issue independently by systematic method.
