  This was my first time working with an international team of programmers. They were always helpful and very kind. They work very hard. They work fairly fast. There are 3 things I would recommend for Americans who wish to use this team: 1) Have a detailed SRS written up and ready to go. 2) Have a wire frame of what you want. (Do not expect this team to guess what your desires are, they are not psychics). 3) If you don’t have the knowledge base to explain things to this team, find a person who can explain things in a coder’s lingo. Finally, if you are an American citizen, and you want to ask me questions about my experience just twitter me @UncleRaffySays . Again, they are a great group of guys. Most of their team is in India. So be prepared to stay up late so you can help the team resolve issues. I have used them twice, and will use them again on future projects. They are a smart group of coders.
