I am a customer service representative with four years of experience providing phone support for customers across the United States for various businesses. I experienced working in a BPO environment where schedules are changed every to weeks. I then realized that being a customer service representative is not an easy task. As one of the top customer satisfaction agent, I learned through my experiences on how to deliver a great customer support. As a front liner, you need to be friendly and pleasant all the time. You have to establish rapport with the customer, empathized and instill trust with them and the organization. You need to listen and understand their concerns and identify the urgency of the issue to be resolved. You need to treat them with respect at all times. I started as an outbound telemarketer selling online technical support and security system. After eight months, I was promoted as a lead agent, my role includes assisting the supervisor, managing other agents and sending daily reports, I learned to see the bigger picture and felt the pressure of deadlines and statistics. Later on I learned how to self motivate, I also motivated agents in my cluster. I challenged my self to learn new things, applications and processes to listen to some calls to help in the coaching process. In the process, I also developed my skills in searching and data entry as it is needed in my role. I bring to the table my commitment to finish each task with accuracy and integrity.
