I’ve been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I’ve had a vast load of experience that would be very helpful for me to be more effective and efficient in this job. Being in the said industry, it also helped me improve my multitasking skills, like thinking fast, listening attentively, communicating with wit and jotting down information at the same time, patience and effort that we have to exert to deliver an outstanding customer service experience and going extra mile just to resolve a customer concern. Currently, I work as a Appointment Setter for a marketing company for Medical Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine Offices in the USA. My main task is to call leads, qualify and set an appointment for educational seminars or office appointments. I also do data entry. Furthermore, I'm currently employed as well in a multinational financial company as a Senior Customer Care Specialist (Escalations Department) for almost 3 years now. Handling inbound and outbound calls for money transfer complaints to our customers based in United States and general complaints from Europe and Global countries.
