I have worked in the BPO industry for almost five years. I was part of both customer service (voice and non-voice) and recruitment. In customer service, I ensure the quality service all customers should experience in every call while keeping the client's business up and running.
In my experience as a Recruitment Associate, I am responsible for doing an end-to-end volume hiring process--- from initial interview all the way to the onboarding process ensuring we endorsed quality candidates. I do have a strong work ethic and I know both my strengths and weaknesses can be an asset.
