CSS responsive design and repair

I can take any website with a standard HTML/CSS structure and create mobile responsive media queries to optimize the format for mobile, tablet, and desktop sizes. I can also fix "old broken themes", pop-ups, and plugins in any CMS by writing new CSS to replace the code that is creating display issues on your site. In some cases, it only takes 1-10 lines of CSS code to fix an entire site! I recently fixed an issue on fubarlabs.org using a 5 year old Wordpress theme with 1 line of CSS. I also recently created a mobile optimized version of edison.rutgers.edu, a site that was built in Dreamweaver over 8 years ago! I am currently working with good-zebra.com to fix mobile issues with their Shopify based site using the Liquid theming language.
