I will be able to create and direct a plan of action for any Training need. In many environments there is not a training class or seminar that would suit the individual need of a Business, Corporation, or Government Agency. This is where I come in, give me your need, problem, or ideal and I will be able to create an ever evolving training program or class to use for many years to come. I hold a M.E.d in Class room teaching, and leadership; A B.S. in Psychology, and A.A.S. in Criminal Justice. Combined with experience, a well rounded understanding of what you/your company is looking to solve would be a task within my realm.
