I developed in the Telecommunications Sector in my main area of specialization, especially in the Area of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or customer service centers (Bilingual) for almost 20 years; I think my profile is precisely what they are looking for.

In addition to my training and extensive experience as an expert in customer service, I have completed the Diploma of Operations Management and Business Process Management (ALISON.COM) and the Supervision Fundamentals, Methods Improvements, and Effective Management courses of Time (INFOTEP); without a doubt, the most valuable thing about my candidacy is the passion I put into everything I do, the taste for a job well done, the ability to obtain good results with all the teams I have worked with during all these years and for making my team grow both personally and professionally.
