Over 5 years of experience in the Call Center field, during those times I managed to work with big companies like Samsung, At&t and Direct TV where I worked as Customer Service, Tech Support, Billing and Sales Agent, Supervisor , QA and Team Manager. I can handle 3 of the most spoken languages English, French and Spanish and I'm a System Engineer which means I cover all Computer skills requirements (Word, Excel,Power Point) and also most of the systems (Zendesk, Desk.com, Salesforce and any CRM ).
