Some organization believe that implementing CRM itself can bring in more sales and streamline services right away. Having a well developed and well-implemented CRM is necessary for ultimate success, its the use of the CRM application that determines if the business as whole will benefit or not. Many organizations with best of their intentions may like to go ahead and develop and implement all the required features of CRM in the first attempt and expect all of its staff to start using it.
