Our team developed the Field Service application in use for one of the largest home improvement chains in the country as well as for a nationwide repair team contracted to Wal-Mart and many other major chains. We have experience in UX design, business process modeling, requirements analysis, development, testing, and release management; including integrating with custom systems, Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), ClickSoftware, and MAS Premier Depreciation. We developed a cross platform solution to run on web, tablets like iPad and Android 20" tablets, "fablets" like 7" and 5" devices, and phones.
