Customer Satisfaction Guarantee : a. Its pretty straightforward. We would keep on showing concepts to you until you are not 100% satisfied. b. No Clip art Promise : We are committed o give you high quality, original designs without using any clip art. c. Timely Communication : We promise to communicate with you within 24 hours and would be showing you the initial concepts within 48 hours. a. You can request for a full refund or cancellation of Project If you are not happy with the first round of logo concepts provided. We would not be able to provide a refund once the project goes into revision rounds. b. Refunds only in case of an exclusive contract : The Money Back Guarantee assumes you have contracted with us exclusively for your project. If you have signed up with another design company as well, this guarantee will not be valid. c. No refund after design approval : A refund will not be applicable if you have already approved a logo and now want to change your mind. d. Response required within 7 days : The Money Back Guarantee is only valid if you respond within 7 days of receiving the initial logo concepts. If the refund is asked for after this period, it will not hold.

I had a logo designed by K2. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and feedback that I gave to get the perfect design. While I was impressed with the design, I think K2's timeliness could have been better. While I was not in too much of a rush for the product and was able to be patient, a client that may have had a more approaching timeline would not have been satisfied. However, I think this is a skill that can be improved upon.
