Hello, my name is Rui Xue. I am an accomplished oil painter who specializes in portraits and animals. My work emphasizes realism. I have done some great portraits for personally and professionally. As I became a mother of three children, and had the greatest joy of her life, I wanted to memorialize all of the precious moments, with a media that was more substantial than a photo. I most recently showcasing my work at local galleries. In 2022, I placed 2nd at the Lilac Festival Art Show, and took the Bronze Award for the Camelback Gallery’s International “Paint My Pet” and “Figure” competitions.
