We had many qualified Gurus apply for the project, but Thounda described their experience (and success) with similar issues so well that we stopped bidding immediately after reading their proposal. And we were so happy that we did.
The communication and thoroughness was better than I've ever dealt with before on Guru, or outside of Guru. The speed and precision with which they tackled each issue, and even tangential issues, was truly a sight to behold. Whatever I would throw at them, they handled it so quickly that they were ready for more before I knew what was next.
It was 100% a pleasure to work with them, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
P.S. - I almost, almost, but not really, want another of our sites to break just so I can work with them again! ;)
