  This deliverable was part of a contract with Konstantin for a complex multi-part XML/XSD to mySQL project. The project was much more complicated than our analysis and all bidders' analysis indicated. Konstantin's communication was outstanding. There were no surprises. He proactively provided status reports and his explanations were clearly written. Konstantin put in the extra hours required by the unexpected complexity so that he could meet the milestone deadlines. He did so with good humor and he never complained that he underbid. Konstantin noticed minor issues that were not picked up by our internal Quality Assurance review. He quickly provided fixes even though we had already accepted and paid. We paid a bonus because of the unexpected complexity and Konstantin's outstanding performance. Needless to say, we hope to work with Konstantin in the future.
