You have a business problem and you need someone technical to solve it. I specialise in working with small and medium sized clients to clearly understand their issue and develop web-based solutions. I have 20 years experience in developing 100+ custom web applications tailored to my client's needs, mainly in the UK and the United States. I prefer jobs that require an online administrative solution over customer-facing ones. My strength is in understanding business processes and developing smarter ways to connect your workforce. Examples include home-grown CRM systems that are tailored specifically to your requirements. I'm an excellent communicator who is quick to catch on, and listens well. I'm not shy in offering my opinion and I do my best to always point out the pros and cons where possible. I've seen a lot of examples where things have worked well and things have gone badly. I always share my knowledge with my clients so that they can be better prepared for the future. I'm reliable and fair. I still have clients with me from 15 years ago (working on the same systems I built for them!). I will always be here to support whatever I develop. I'm affordable - this isn't my main job so I have the luxury to charge less than others, but still give a first class service. I believe that there's no such thing as over-communication so you can reduce your anxiety knowing your developer, at least, is on the same page as you!
