My passion is customer service which I have been doing for over 12 years, the last 5 from my home office. My business degree and experience allowed me to embark on several different freelance positions. Temporary, full time and part time due to my flexible schedule and availability. My skills also include sales, data entry, work with office programs, phone lines and email processes. I've held the position of a virtual credit agent most recently as well as customer support specialist, compliance auditor, email monitor and data entry, just to name a few. Being detail oriented, organized and a hard working people person has helped me succeed with every position. Including, some research projects and others involving the Internet. I'm also proficient in Google programs, skype, dialers, etc.
