I have a work experience of more than nine years. In these nine years, I worked for two sectors. I was with banking sector for the first two years and later joined Customer Service Industry where I worked for seven years. I have received many appreciations and awards for my performance in the job. In the Customer Service Industry, I have worked for an e-commerce website where I used to handle customer issues through chat and e-mails. I learned a lot of things and skills working with this industry which helps me in various fields. Be it taking multiple chats or catering huge volumes, I am efficient in all these areas. Moreover, I have worked in quality also which is most important element of any sector.
