I have been working as a customer care agent for 12 years for e-commerce companies located in different countries. I've worked 8 years for a gaming company located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as a customer care agent by email in Spanish and Portuguese. When I moved to Portugal I worked for 4 years as a remote part-time worker for two different companies at the same time as a customer care agent by email, chat and phone. One of the companies is located in France and it is a marketing company that develops websites and back end platforms, I took care of all the clients in Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom. The other company is located in Hungary, is a customer services agency and I worked as a customer care agent for a mobile devices manufacturer located in the United Kingdom, I took care of customers around the world that get in touch with us by email, chat and phone.
