Working in retail for 20 years I have encountered my fair share of sad, mad and glad customers. I make it a mission to ensure that the customer leaves the store satisfied with their shopping experience. I go above and beyond in order to not only ensure a great experience for specific customers but to make sure that the quality of products sold are held up to the highest standards. I am able to communicate effectively to customers, fellow employees, management and corporate. I believe that keeping an open line of communication is the best way for everyone to succeed.
