I have also worked in the payment processing area as well. I have a natural aptitude towards customer service as I'm very friendly and have a problem-solving attitude. I'm very interactive and love talking to people and troubleshooting issues. My Internet skills are exceptional and I feel very comfortable working on software and applications like Zendesk, Infusionsoft, Salesforce, MS Office, Google docs, etc.
