Responsible for providing the highest standards of Customer Service by modelling service excellence behaviours that meet the needs of Customers and stakeholders. Responded to first point-of-contact enquiries from internal and external customers at the HSBC Customer service desk including timely actions and resolutions as required. Balancing the Transitory Suspense Account and ensure that all the debit and credit balances are being knocked off on daily basis. Preparing Voucher's and posting of Rectification entries. Helping Customer's understand their needs and matching them to the right product range.
