I have been in the call center industry for over 13 years. I am an expert in customer service training and actual execution. Right now, I am a training manager which oversees the entire training department for the program that I am handling in the call center. Prior to being promoted to a support role, I have been an escalation agent for 2 years which gave me all the experiences needed for handling customers. I also have experiences as an internet marketer wherein I have skills in blogging (both written and video blogging), and other attraction marketing techniques. Also, I have obtained admin skills such as data encoding, and the like.
