I worked at BPO as customer service for 5 years and I'm quiet good at handling customer support, complaints inquiries and any other related issues concerning to customers account. I also worked in Qatar as Admin Assistant and was promoted to Help Desk Supervisor. It taught me and learned a lot having administrative skills while working in Qatar. I was also lucky that I have worked with Americans at American School at Doha - ASD as their Help desk Supervisor which I handled housekeeping and maintenance all across the school. I am very competent person. I figure things out whenever possible, reliable and very hard working. I am a newbie on this online job, but I know and I am confident that can handle the task or work that will be given to me. I want to have experience in online work/job as it helps me grow and build my career as well as my ability and skills.
