Customer Service/ Administration

I have over 5 years of experience working in the customer service field. My previous experience has helped me become proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. I am able to identify problems and implement new processes for improvement. My leadership skills allow me to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining a focus on the bottom line. I take ownership of tasks in such a manner that the work is completed in a timely manner maintaining the highest possible quality. I also have experience in the Accounting and Administration field.
