For over 11 years I’ve been working from home in various call center type positions performing inbound and outbound calling. Throughout the years I’ve worked for a number of high quality call center clients performing inbound sales and resolving customer concerns. With this experience I was also able to work on an auto dialer via a USB headset communicating with various consumers to perform surveys, set up appointments or to continue with confirming previous orders. With my most recent position as an Ads Quality Rater I ensured the quality assurance of current up to date internet searches to ensure they exceeded client guidelines with pertinent technological resources. The managerial, customer service and researching experience I possess makes me a great fit to work for clients because I will be able to better communicate with customers in a professional manner. Researching complex problems associated with accounts and even working independently has provided me with a deeper sense and appreciation of the company I serve while working from home.
