Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter and team player with a vast spectrum of knowledge primarily in IT field. My professional development includes honorable mention in the Class of 1986 Who’s Who Among High School Students. I served 6 years in the US Army Reserves as a Computer Machine Operator. Followed by over 7 years of Federal Government service, starting as a Data entry clerk and applied myself to the position of Computer Programmer. From there, I sought the Private Industry and became a Webpage Developer contracting with the DoD. Furthermore, I earned my MCSA at Career Technical Institute. I have worked with Remedy and ETMS ticketing systems and Windows 7 - 10 operating systems as well as Mac OS. I have worked extensively on PCs, Laptops, Macs, Chromebooks, HPs, cell phones and tablets. My background is diverse, and well rounded, with a focus on troubleshooting, problem solving, attention to detail, positive project delivery, and world class customer service.
