I am interested in the position related to giving customer service via email. I have worked with Springer Nature as a team leader and my team were handling concerns about eBooks, and print books. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the any customer service related job. We also answer questions about presale, order-pro and after sale questions for print books. Common questions are; where is my order, when will I receive my order, returns policy, and payment method. So basically, my previous job is somewhat similar to what you are doing. I am also experienced pre-editor for Elsevier. So editing jobs is fine too.
