My job as a Customer Support Representative is to provide solutions to customers' internet issues. I offer over-the-phone troubleshooting services to a countless of problems for not being able to surf, to not being able to send or receive emails; from slow wireless connections, to installing antivirus software. I talk to American customers 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, not only catering to their concerns but also building rapport that fosters a long-term business relationship in the end.
