I have gained skills in up selling, processing orders, basic troubleshooting for cable service, ticket reservations, answer customer's queries and exceptional customer service etiquette. With 4 years of experience and skills acquired as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to master the skills needed with my craft or in any field such as patience, focus, clarity, empathy, persuasiveness and most important, time management. But that would not limit the things that I can do, I can also do data entry and transcribing and some managerial stuff since I had previously helped my sister in her online projects.
