I worked as a Customer Sales Representative for an international telco account . Our job is to cater customer concerns on their phone , tv and internet services . And once we already solved customer concerns , we will do upselling on every call. We received inbound calls 8 hours a day and do some outbound calls for updates and follow up calls. We also do minimal troubleshooting if the process is available on our end
