I have a customer service experience for almost 7 years and I believe that my experience will be an asset to your organization. My responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving their concerns and answering general inquiries. I also do inbound sales calls. Aside from my office-based work experiences listed above in a BPO company, I also work as a Sales Supervisor for an American Campaign.
